Returns

All of our products are covered by our 1-year warranty. During this period, should they malfunction, break or stop working in natural conditions of use you can get them repaired free-of-charge in an official Technical Assistance in select countries.

In addition to the 1-year manufacturer warranty for returns and replacements that takes effect the moment you receive the product. We don't provide free returns in case the product was bought by mistake or purchase regret, the customer is responsible to pay for return for the product full refund. As for the replacements, the product needs to be presenting factory defects or have been considerably damaged during transport for a free return.
