Scope of this Policy
This Return & Warranty Policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our official website (TarampsStore.com). Different conditions may apply when purchasing through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Mercado Libre, etc.), as each platform enforces its own return and refund rules.
Warranty Coverage
All Taramps products sold on TarampsStore.com are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty starting on the date you receive the product. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal conditions of use.
During this period, defective items may be repaired free of charge by an official Taramps Authorized Technical Service Center in select countries.
Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only if the product shows a factory defect or was significantly damaged during shipping.
- Customers must provide evidence of the defect (photos, videos, or an official technical report) before a free return is authorized.
- If no defect is confirmed after inspection, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- Returns due to mistaken purchase, change of mind, or incompatibility are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original packaging. In these cases, the customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Procedure
Customers must contact our support team within 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or replacement.
- All returns require prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Exclusions from Warranty and Free Return

Refunds

- If the product is found to be fully functional, refunds will be issued minus shipping and handling costs.
- In cases of buyer’s remorse or mistaken purchase, refunds will exclude shipping costs, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
